Charlotte BookPalooza is a one-of-a-kind book festival that brings authors & readers together for a jam packed festival for the love of books!  

Hosted by Books on the House, it’s a free event packed with author signings, loads of giveaways, live entertainment, local vendors that love books, activations that support local Charlotte artists and of course, ALL THINGS BOOKS!

With thousands of book lovers joining us each year, BookPalooza is where reading meets fun — all while raising support for our nonprofit’s mission to get free books into the hands of kids and adults across Charlotte, LKN & WNC region! Come for the books, stay for the vibes!

 Books on the House has given away over 53,000 free books since March 2023!
